Oregon wage and hour law sets time deadlines for payment of wages when the employment relationship ends. An employer must pay all wages due to the employee within these time lines. For instance, where the employer terminates (fires) the employee, all wages are due within one business day under Oregon’s wage and hour laws. Oregon Minimum Wage Claim

Oregon wage and hour laws include provisions that generally require employers to pay the employee a minimum wage. Oregon’s minimum wage generally requires an employer or boss to pay the employee at a minimum hourly rate. Oregon Wrongful Deduction Wage Claim
