Schuck Law’s attorneys prevailed in arguing before the Oregon Supreme Court that employees who win wage claims are entitled to full reasonable attorney fees even if they reject an offer of judgment and recover less at arbitration or trial.  The Court agreed with Schuck Law’s arguments that the wage statutes take precedence over procedural rules that would otherwise limit attorney fees after a rejected settlement offer.
